Donate

The Golden Isles Youth Orchestra is governed by a board of local directors who raise the GIYO’s annual budget from individuals, family foundations, and organizations, all of whom believe that symphonic music should be an integral part of the lives of all children. The many programs and the community outreach of GIYO could not exist without the generosity of such donors.

 

Donations are used for:

  • Philharmonia (advanced orchestra)

  • Recital (Host $1000 / Tickets $125 donation)

  • Operational Costs

  • Private and small group lessons

  • Symphonette (beginning orchestra)

  • Classroom Instruction

  • Memorial Gifts

  • Purchase and rental of music and instruments

  • Sectional Instruction

  • Summer Intensive and Camp

If a donation is made by November 15 or April 15 the name of the donor will be listed in that season’s concert program. 

GIYO is a non-profit registered in the State of Georgia and is a 501(c)(3) designated organization.
